The letter to Nick Smith

Dear Nick Smith,

You might not know me but my name is Matthew and I am a student from room 4 tamaki primary school.And I am feeling disappointed because you are not helping the maui dolphins.

Have you heard of a maui dolphins.The maui dolphins plummeting because 40 years ago there were 1000 but now there are 55.

(Opinion):You must ban trawl fishing it is not good.

(Reason):Because they are killing the maui dolphins are dying because you don’t know that people are trawl fishing.People are trawl fishing and getting maui dolphins.

(Example):The number is going down because if they are in the net they drown for 90 seconds and they die. And when people are going trawl fishing people does not know that they are fishing maui dolphins.

(Opinion):That is why you should ban trawl fishing.And if you don't I can grow up and be the government instead of making money I can make money and look after the maui dolphins too.
